We don't have to "get rid", his contract is expiring.
He's been a good servant of the club for 10 years. Always put in a shift, always kept his head down. No matter where he's been asked to play, what he's been asked to do.

Reminds me of a LB Timo Werner. There’s moments of quality but you know the end result is going to be laughable.

He is everything that is wrong with this club. A player that was never good enough but somehow survived numerous culls and managers.

I understand a lot of your frustration here with Davies. Never been good enough really for the XI and don't think he had/has the win at all costs mentality of an elite footballer that this club should be striving for.
However, his professionalism and effort throughout his service at Spurs has never been in doubt for me and his usefulness to plug gaps and act as cover have made him a useful squad player over the years. Every team needs players like this. Considering he cost just over £3m(?) the club have got fair return out of him.
Ange has some depth in his squad. Who would've thought the way he's whining. Could've played Reggie earlier in the season to avoid injuring Micky when he played him on the left.

VDV has played just 28 minutes at LB (all comps) this season.........
He's "whining" (rightfully) cos he's had 8, 9, 10 players missing for much of the season (whilst having to play an 18 y/o CM at CB for a 3rd of our league fixtures) and has been forced to pad the bench out with kids on many occasions.
Reguillon is (rightfully) 4th choice LB at best.
