I've watched games on french tv before - Canal + I think PREMIER LEAGUE
Added bonus in that they normally have Daveed in the studio
They might show some in local bars. If you have a laptop best bet is a VPN (sounds scary to non techies but it's really easy to setup) and streaming, or you could try and pay for channels wherever you're staying I guess.

They do show alot of them, but commentary will be in French obvs. Internet is generally v good in France, so streams are your best bet really
