Today Is Dodo
From my first game in 1995 ( a 1-0 home defeat to Forest, Steve Stone cross come shot), through my years with a ST, i remember this legend providing top grub and bags of entertainment.

When i managed to get back to the lane after Uni just before the build kicked off proper, i was gutted to see that The Colonel wasn't about.

Anyone know what happened to the guy? Would love to see him round the new gaff as he was part of my and my Dad's (and i bet many others) pre-game ritual for years.

This geezer was a legend. I remember when he used to shout out " Luvly bit of bacon, tell your muvva" . Defnitley should get him sorting out the catering in the new stadium.

Great video. Brings back memories from when there used to be a good atmosphere behind the Paxton. He was there for donkeys years. I miss WHL. Programme sellers, merchandise stalls, the shit club shop, burger stalls and the smell of cigarettes. Wonderful stuff.
