Jimmy Greaves, is the all-time highest goal-scorer Spurs have ever had. He scored 266 goals in just 379 appearances, making him one of the most efficient forwards of all time. He was crowned top league goal scorer in four seasons, 3 consecutive from 1963 to 65 and another time in 1969. Greaves’ great ball control, superb positioning and agility made him a natural goal scorer. He was very well known for his iconic coolly rolling the ball into the net, rather than using power and smashing it to get the goal.
