Don't think he meant it to be honest. He got hold of the ball and shielded it from Arter, the natural position of your arm when that happens is up, Sissoko just happens to be taller than Arter and got him in the face. Glad he went to Arter after the game and apologised.

He probably will get a ban and that's a shame when accidents like that happen, it also probably means we have to endure more Lamela.
