As long as he gets over his injury, winks is going to be a very special player.
Something england have lacked too.

Didn't realise onomah was playing out of position for us. I too was probably being unfair on him if that's the case.

I would say that this is the position that Barkley is being considered for. I certainly don't want him if he gonna be payed as a number 10.

Not this again! Im sure there's been a ridiculous argument on here in the past over classifying age!

If your over 5 then your age is measured in whole numbers until your next birthday.

If you're under 5 its okay to say "i'm 4 and 3/4's" when asked how old you are.

To clarify however. Once you're over 8 it's no longer appropriate to say stuff like I'm 25 and 3/4s....

Onomah has been more highly rated than winks throughout pretty much all of their academy careers. He's just been played out of position at senior level, unfortunately.

I'd totally written him off last season. He's never a wide forward or number 10.

He played deep CM for under 20s and absolutely bossed it. Obviously it wasn't senior football but you could see he's more comfortable there and has the right attributes.

Some people don't come across like they're here for the love of the same team - they act more like they are here purely to get kicks out of winding people up.

Everyone will have differing opinions at times, too - just that some approach them with inflammatory posts (see above).

I hope you are both right, and I need to look back at what he did with England this summer. Poch's faith in him seems high, but he's always looked bad when in a Spurs shirt.

And sorry, what's his natural position? CM? Like Dembele (for lack of my brain thinking of a better comparison)?
 
He is impressing in training (Onomah). If Pochettino believes in him, he will succeed.

I can't wait to see him in pre season and hopefully playing centrally. Got all the tools.
