We don't necessarily need to buy world beaters, our first is XI is one of the best in the league. However, there's no harm in depth. Unless Poch plans to priorities solely on the PL and not focus on the CL, League Cup and FA Cup.

Koeman be like...

If they do buy him for £45m they will have spent £38m net.
They haven't spent anything yet, they are £7m up.

judging on last season when we spent more than Everton net, £27m,
I'd say if we spend the same amount this season we are probably looking at spending £90-105m on three players.
Thats between £20m -£35 net

So i commented on the Mail article. As much as it pained me to sign up to their hate mongering, radicalising, propaganda driven shit cunt rag.

Basically pulled him up on his article from weeks back that said the exact opposite as quoted in that football365 article.

Of course the cunts didnt publish the comment. Fucking Fascists.

I read that our first XI played together in just two games last season.

We'll be starting next season without Rose, Son, and Lamela, and without Dele for the first two European Cup games. People are putting their faith in Onamah on the basis of a couple of decent games against others his age in the summer (forgetting that he's been fairly ordinary at first team level so far) and Edwards on less than that. Both may explode into the 1st team like Dele did. Equally, they might not.

City total revenue 15/16 was £392. Their wage bill was £198m and the spent £165m net.
They made a profit before tax of £20m

This season they have spent £200m in transfers and wage bill must be over £200m
That's £8m more spending on their squad than they earned total in 15/16
Last year must have been really successful for them with TV money.

BREAKING NEWS

Well that was a swift response.

Sky sources understand Swansea have rejected Everton's improved bid for Gylfi Sigurdsson.

Paul Clement's side want £50m for the Iceland international.

We understand Everton's rejected offer was worth £40m plus £5m in add-ons.

:nawty:

The Swans aren't stupid. The toffees have £75m burning in their sky-rocket.

Any evidence of this 90 grand a week?

Also, he's been doing extra training whilst other players have been on holiday. He didn't have to do that - it shows extra commitment and determination.

Any evidence of extra training ?

Seems like he's been left at home whilst the lads are on tour , not sure if you you can count pre season as a holiday or commend Sissoko for training on company time, still he's probably not useless probably just homesick !

Yes.

He seems to have deleted them now, but they were posted in here - he put several things on Social Media that showed him doing workouts in France all through May/June - as some were suggesting he was being forced to train alone.

Turns out he was just trying to go for this season with more prep than the last. The club left him out of the tour saying he had a virus - why are you desperately trying to make him out to be something he blatantly isn't?

Yes he didn't do much for us last season - hardly makes him the utter bastard so many are trying to make out.

Why are you so precious when someone disagrees with you ?

what am I trying to make him out to be apart from a sub standard Spurs player ?

More to the point, why are you and a few others so precious when someone actually posts a rebuttal when you try and argue the toss?

Am I exempt from being able to cross examine your point of view? Or are you just salty because I posted a bit of proof?

It's worrying if we don't sign anyone.
Especially if we get injuries to RB or LB.
Withrout 2 of the clubs top goalscorers for 2 of the first 3 CL games ( if Son is not back) is pretty bad.
I think we will sign players. There is still over a month left. There will still be players available some good ones they miss.
They can't buy everyone. The year we 'missed out' To Man U on Martial and Depay for £60m we got Son for £22m
They got Darmian for £13m we got Alderweireld , Wimmer & Trippier for £18m
They bought Morgan Shneiderlin and Schweinstiger for £30m that season and
The next we got Wanyama for £12m
