Hugely relieved we signed an adequate replacement for Walker.
Sanchez seems a great buy. Foyth is a punt on the future so neither here or there for me. And Gazzaniga will probably never play a first team game. Underwhelmed with Lorente. Hugely disappointed we failed to land Pochs number 1 target Barkley, who's been practically begging to join Spurs. And equally disappointed we've failed to add any wide attacking options. Probably give our window 4.5/10 as it stands.

If Barkley hadn't got an injury that keeps him out pretty much until the January transfer window I'm certain he'd be ours. Spend £35m on him now or £10m in January when he would have played as many games. I'd love to have him in now but in all fairness to the board, this makes sense.

Llorente will teach Kane so much, for me he's a wonderful signing and will bring a new dimension to Kane's game. This is where our season begins if we like it or not. COYS!!!

Barkley is crocked, and he'll be even cheaper in January. If Poch wants him, and he wants to come so badly, let Everton pay his wages until then.

Kudos to Barkley... unless he's having second thoughts about leaving Everton, then I can only assume that his preference for us over Chelsea led to walking out of that medical.

Not a situation we've been all that familiar with for the last 15 years.

We also haven't spent fuck all
I expected us to go between £30-40m net. We went around £30m last season.
What we spent £7/8m net.
Levy really does business.
When you think we got £18m for Wimmer and Sakh went for £8m more and Gabriel £7m less.
Two far more experienced .
