I remember listening to a bunch of Leary young-uns in the beehive last season, they had an older chap with them who mentioned Bill Nicholson and they all looked lost and said “who” I felt like cryin. Then one of them said “ah that’s the name of the road outside the ground”

His memory must be with us forever and everyone needs to be reminded who is was.

His ashes are buried at the stadium so we should and hopefully will honor his legacy in some way. Either a statue outside of the groun or a big one in the atrium once you enter the stadium. Or name a stand after him at least

There is a bust of him on display at the old WHL main (West Stand entrance). The problem with this is only the "high rollers" got to see it, same now with restored The Tottenham Clock, which is now located in the reception of Lilywhite House, I mean who goes there and sees it? It was once seen by almost all Spurs fans as it was on the outside of the old ticket office building (now knocked down). Great the club have restored and recognise these pieces of iconography but poor no ordinary fan can see them (may be the new Museum will address this, wait and see).

One thing for sure though The Club have always remembered Nicholson well, if anything it's been at the detriment of other great managers at our Club like Cameron, McWilliam, Rowe and Burkinshaw all of these men are absolute legends of Spurs but feel their contributions are not celebrated enough, whereas Nicholson's is (and rightly so).

Hoping the Museum will help rectify a lot of this, so will not bang on and criticise until I've been in it. But as we will be celebrating our present and our future with the new stadium, what anchors us all, no matter what age group we are in is our history, the most important thing is we will be playing our football in Tottenham where all this history has been created, it's our soul and that can't ever be replicated anywhere else, just hoping we can celebrate and share by making it accessible to all without having to pay a £30k membership fee to see it.
