Saracens play on artificial turf at their home ground.
Can be played on an artificial pitch (as said above Saracens home pitch is) would depend on the dimensions of the artificial pitch a WHL as the NFL pitch is a lot narrower.
I watched the Europa final in the Occasional Half in Palmers green last night.Got talking to a fella working on the the new WHL(loads get in this pub).He was very confident it will be ready for September. So,with 2 away games and the International(bore fest ) break,that's perfect.

Listening to the radio last night think that Chris Cowlin was saying test events being scheduled for mid-August so that ties in with that.
I remember when artificial turf was no more than green sandpaper. Would not have wanted to play rugby on that (Or at all, really).
Is that the mullions of the curtain walling finally in place for the southern stand cladding.

Good that they've come out with this, as I think it highlights that they're a lot further into getting things done than it appears in a lot of the photos we see
