Of course we want all the best talented players at spurs. But is he a good example for the likes of Alli/Eriksen etc to follow when they feel they want to move to another club offering a lot more money and much bigger chance of winning trophies like City/Madrid/etc. Nothing wrong with looking at it from different angles.Who cares about that right now? He'd obviously have to take a pay cut, but sure we could pay him around the £150K mark with add-ons. Only reason a transfer like this could happen is past history obviously, and if Bale himself wants a new challenge after winning it all at RM...Wouldn't we have to pay Bale at least £200K a week?
