How the fuck can they keep taking a baton to the knees like that and carry on offering out the old bill?
I HATE getting my shins whacked, I would actually be sniveling on the floor

Not many firms do that at Millwall (spam late 80's maybe).
Spam are a joke now.....even at Upton Park when they pretended to try and get at Millwall, it was just kids and dads running around on the pitch getting stopped by Carlton Cole.
No one tried to get in the away end
Neumanator - is this your AuntAs the discussion has moved onto Millwall, it's given me the opportunity to revisit a couple of posts I made before our FA cup game last year.
After the hangover subsided from Holland we met up at White Hart Lane early morning to set off for Glasgow for our game that night with Rangers. We were made royally welcome by the Rangers fans and had a great time in the Blue Star and the Rangers SSC. Game was a distraction to be honest but we made ourselves heard in the fabulous Archibald Leitch designed stand (same architect as did our shelf of course). An overnight stay in Carnoustie then it was off to Tannadice for Dundee United the next night. We went in their end and after a few fisticuffs it all settled down. Met a fair few Scots Spurs that night and still see them to this day some 38 years later. Long trip home then on the Friday we went down to Swansea on the train for a night game, this was probably the lowest turnout from Spurs fans but we had fun in the town then off to the game again going in their end (side). That was the 6 completed and around 20 of us did them all, we only won one game as i remember but we didn't care. Some of us also went to Jersey in the following February for the 7th friendly which had to be the worst ferry crossing in history, stormbound at Weymouth and falling like 9 pins with sickness. We made a huge THFC with empty stubby beer bottles on the table as i recall. Great times.
I went to that with a friend from Scotland. I thought it would be pretty tame as it was some bloke’s testimonial and Teddy was a guest of honour. I got the train straight there so no issues. But it kicked off throughout the match with fans trying to get at each other. Afterwards was ridiculous though. I was late-ish out of the stadium and walked out to kids crying and people running back into the stand. A wall of Millwall we’re outside chucking anything and everything at anyone and everyone. Took a long time to get under control and then we were escorted straight back to the station. Have been back a few times with Brighton mates and they’ve caged the whole walk from station to stand for away fans. It’s like being at a zoo for psychotic animals at Millwall.I never went to the Old Den but went to the New one in 2001 or thereabouts for a pre season testimonial for one of theirs and Teddy was supposed to play but didn’t
Absolute bedlam from the moment I alighted outside Sth Bermondsey station
Apparently a crew of ICF joined our boys to take on Millwall
Running battles throughout and I took shelter under a bus stop from the hail of bricks until a local plod moved me on!
Never again
Really??
Fair enough but of a few of my Spammer mates told me the ICF were there although they were too frightened to go themselves so I went on my own
Typical Spammers then
All mouth and trousers!!
Will make a few phone calls later and have a go!

I’m in no way part of the firm scene, but there was nothing to do with the ICF that day mate. Knew Wall and West Ham chaps back in the day.
Must admit I would be stunned if West Ham and our lot ever met up for such a thing.
