Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Not sold on Gomes, Everton fans don't seemed overly fussed about missing out and Barca fans are happy to see him go. Poch did a fantastic job with Dembele though, who most wanted out of the club at the time. Hopefully we see similar improvements with Gomes

Now we are dining at the top table.

Sancho (If Eriksen goes)
Brandt (if we can get him)
NDombele (top priority really CM whether this guy or another)
Atal (If we can sell a RB and they want to go)
Pepe (if we can't afford Sancho)
Ziyech (if he has the £25M release clause rumoured, no brainer to make the offer)

The gist is really that we can become hugely more selective IMO, a really strong summer could set this squad up for the next 5 year phase. Obviously I'm not saying all, just that we don't need to drop down from top tier targets (as making a statement would hopefully lead to a stronger naming rights deal, now the sponsor will see that NFL and Rugby events are already scheduled, we need Joshua and an Adele concert or 3).

Don't believe Alderweireld will leave now, unless City come in (or Barca/Real/Bayern/Juve maybe Pool).

I think Alderweireld will definitely go. For someone he will be a 25 mill bargain and he will be offered a very big financial package for the next 3 to 4 years

Utd, City, Liverpool, Chelsea will most likely make offers to him this summer. Abroad maybe Bayern and PSG. He will be inundated that's for sure

Levy must relax the salary cap and give everyone new contracts that reflects their true worth. Toby may still stay if he is given $150K on a new 4 year contract. Can't afford to lose both Toby and Eriksen in the same window

It would appear that Gomez is the choice should Grealish get promoted with Villa (or to cap our price in negotiations). In the sense they appear close to each other in role/position (Grealish maybe quicker, Gomes more technical). Would like Grealish for the English factor.

If he goes, and we can't get a DeLigt level replacement, I'm happy with Foyth getting his shot, think he has eclipsed Sanchez this late season (in potential on display). Rather spend the £25m on a RB upgrade like Atal (selling Aurier or Trippier) and the rest of the money on CM funds.

Grealish or Gomes…..

How to take the edge off a great few days

Herrera is a free agent this summer isn't he? I think we should take a punt on him. He has high work rate and a proper footballing brain. We need more depth in central midfield. Seems like a perfect fit to me.

Both he and Eriksen have been tremendous value. I wish them both the best. Accept bids from foreign clubs and get them underway.
