Yeah, even when I said Ronaldo was average I knew I was lying to myself! So instead I nitpick & say he is selfish & not a team player.
I agree with all you say. The last few years we have just been 2 or 3 players a way which is why it is frustrating. So close!
2 good midfielders & a RB would improve us a lot. We got a good team & top manager. Let's seize the moment! Over to you poch & levy...

But I think we can easily win 3-4 more games this season. I also think that Liverpool (and/or City) could lose 3-4 more. That’s not suggesting a complete implosion on their part, and it’s certainly not beyond the realm of possibility. Same with us winning a few more. So that’s 18-24 points, and it’s a different picture entirely.

I just think with Liverpool in particular, the fact that they lost only once is insane. No way that continues and it doesn’t mean they’re destined for the trash heap or anything. I can acknowledge that they’re an excellent team (not to Liverpool supporters of course!), but eventually that kind of thing evens out.

Good points. Put it this way, next season it's much easier for us to improve than it is for Liverpool or city! I struggle to see how Liverpool or city can improve really. City probably will feel they can & should in the CL. We can be better in many different ways. Better luck with injuries, new signings for obvious weaknesses, & we will be at our real home too. I also think poch is always learning & improving.

I hope so. The groundwork is all there in the training ground, the stadium, the CL run, one of the best managers in the world (I'd argue the greatest as he hasn't had an open checkbook)...

I guess now it is a mental thing that involves a change in thinking. I would say slightly more Levy than the squad as to even make it as a player in the prem you need to have a winning mentality.
