Ndombele doesn't offer Poch new options? What?

No, I didn't mean that, I meant Pochettino won't have alternative options in addition to having a Dembele replacement. In other words, we're still reliant on the "attacking four" options that we had last season, any injuries and/or loss of form and we're back where we were.

Added to that, if Eriksen goes we've effectively weakened

Alasdair must have been reading the messages on here slagging him off for his usually shite content with the timing of that article lol.

In all seriousness that's some BIG news right there when it's coming from him(or likely the club itself)

......Isn't "news" a bit of a stretch; "big" or otherwise?

Where does this idea that he is the club's 'man' even come from?

As it is we hold numerous press conferences every week where Poch says fuck all or shit-stirs the journo's.... In terms of the club, what upside is there to AG issuing a few "getting closer to signing X" tweets? Just don't see what purpose he'd serve....

Conversely, from a fan perspective.....Has he ever broken a story of any significance?

I get what you're saying, but that replacement is still a huge deal for us. Eriksen could get back to playing as a genuine 10 or even out wide. Alli would have some sort of consistency again.

What we wouldn't still have, without more signings, is competition for those places.

More smoke. Maybe there's a fire
