Vidal has won a league title every year between 2012 and 2019.Surely you know a player who has won multiple titles with Chelsea in recent years?

We’ve played against all of those players with in the last year or so I think mate. You would recognise them if u saw them lining up against us.Its posts like this that make me doubt whether i am still a football fan in the true sense of the word.
I have never heard of any of them.
Spurs forever. But don't have the all round knowledge i once did.
Aturo Vidal - Played for Juventus, Bayern and now at Barca. Won it all. Been told he can leave Barca. All round midfielder. Animal. Its posts like this that make me doubt whether i am still a football fan in the true sense of the word.

I wish I had the confidence to rock that mohawk. Every 8 year olds dream haircut.
Experience is what we need at the moment. Players that can come in a do a job.Aturo Vidal - Played for Juventus, Bayern and now at Barca. Won it all. Been told he can leave Barca. All round midfielder. Animal.
Nemanja Matic - Man Utd, played for Chelsea and Benfica. Won the league, Europa League and FA Cup. Not as good as he once was, but better than the current CDM options we have. Very close with Mourinho.
Blaise Matuidi - CDM for Juventus, previously PSG. Won it all other than CL. French national team, friends with Lloris. Out of contract in the summer.
They are all the wrong side of 30, but all are experienced and would improve us.

I thought that was his natural position? I know he’s played more advanced for France nationally though. Would you say he’s more a CAM?Matuidi isn't a DM at all.
Would be nice though. A good player.
At this point I’d probably be ok even with Matic as short term option
And that says a lot as I think Matic is fucking shit.
This is about the shortest of short term fixes. We need planning and an acceptance of the worst case scenario which is we will not get top 4 - but that was baked into the cake in the summer. Wasting time or money on any of these codgers would be a massive mistake. Yes, they may help 'improve' what we are presently (ie from total shit to just shit) but it will still be shit. We could buy all 3 and we would still not improve to the point that top 4 would be likely. This would be a desperate move.Aturo Vidal - Played for Juventus, Bayern and now at Barca. Won it all. Plan, scout, make some moves for younger players and get rid of the deadwood should be the plan. And we should avoid bringing in rotting wood like these 3 or giving contracts to players that have shown they are not good enough or past it.
The important thing is that you remember how many you have. You don't want anyone trying to pawn one off on you.Don’ worry. I struggle to remember my kids‘ names, let alone some wazzock that won the title with the <removed>s.

Mate we've been here a million times before saying exactly that same thing. I'm just feeling fed up I guess.Bit of an overreaction on the 7th of January. Transfers can be a bit more complex than we sometimes realise.
You keep saying that, but if we hadn't had such a disastrous start to the season, we would be right in contention for a top 4 spot.We need planning and an acceptance of the worst case scenario which is we will not get top 4 - but that was baked into the cake in the summer.
