I'm lost here. Are you saying slip too much from a likely 7th or 8th now? If so, then you make a good point. But I'm willing to accept it because I see no other way forward with this group of players. I'm am and have been ok with any and all leaving. I've been all in on a painful rebuild for some time now. This is going to have to be a massive rebuild and it will have to balance that old triangle of time, money, and quality.

Yeah, but this doesn't address what I'm saying about planning now. The point being made was how we should address transfers now. Do you think that as a club we should throw the money to attain top 4 this month or should finances be focused longer term? That's the context within which those points were being made. I'm not convinced that he would do so great in the Premier League at his age and with his style of play, a club like Inter would probably be better for him.
