Depends how good he turns out to be I guess, 50m for a very good and young midfielder wouldn't be that much in 2021.. A player like Wolves' Ruben Neves is £65m in today's market, Leicester paid £40m for Tielemans in 2019.

As much as it pains me to say it I agree.Vertonghen is the simple answer. For every goal Foyth is responsible for this season Jan has been responsible for 3

So sad that it’s come to this but you are 100% right.Vertonghen is the simple answer. For every goal Foyth is responsible for this season Jan has been responsible for 3
Ya, 2019 was the nut punch of domestic form. 56 from 38 league matches. Worst since 2008/9 when we finished 8th on 51.We were actually playing exceptionally well before Christmas 2018, then we lost to Wolves, and for the 5th season in a row, our manager couldn’t raise his team, raise morale or instill a winning mentality, and we capitulated.
It is sad, he's been a wonderful player and really deserved a trophy with us.
Don’t think he would actually do that, similar to the woolwich thing, but he identifies with espanyol even more than spurs.
TFC in 2021
Koeman apparently turned them down today.Probably Ronald Koeman after the Euros, but funny nevertheless.
I just cannot see how his football would be sexy enough for Barcelona. The players would have to rely on improvisation in the final third, IMO. His bootcamps could force the greatest player of all time into early retirement!!Don’t think he would actually do that, similar to the woolwich thing, but he identifies with espanyol even more than spurs.
If he does though mark my words he will not let them sell Semedo to us lol.
In the short term as the Euros are coming up, but it will probably a different story in the summer.
Yeah not bad, we are in desperate need at RB and DM, Semedo for sure, from what I’ve saw of him I like. Dunno much about Diawara, but I like Berge at Genk for that spot, fits club profile as well. Unfortunately I think Bruno is slipping through our fingers at this point, looks like Utd are in pole position there.Diawara, Bruno, Semedo in would be a dreamland window

That’s a strong team even with all the injuries.
He has recently stated he is open to any club, watch his interview. He isn’t sticking to those quotes anymore it seems. Although I agree that this is unlikely, It can’t be ignored as the source is tier 1 reliable for Barca news (apparently). He managed Espanyol already and vowed multiple times he wouldn't manage rival teams, quoting Barcelona as a no go on several occasions
Fair enough. These reports are just out of the Barca PR machine that is the Catalan press. In the short term as the Euros are coming up, but it will probably a different story in the summer.
