That seems like a very limiting decision if that is truly the case. Loans with options to buy are generally good business with younger players, but 22+ you really should be looking to buy outright, especially those with multiple senior seasons under the belt in the top 5 leagues (Ndombele).
Based on the last couple years of numbers as well as the stadium loan restructuring, cash flow should not be a concern. The naming rights deal will more or less pay off the stadium.
Im not talking about the build cost.
