Better options surely. Someone without albino eyebrows for e.g.
But actually a Fox in the Box like Piatek would serve two purposes:

  1. Solve the current problem with no Harry and allow our current "forwards" to do what they are supposed to.
  2. Provide cover (as above) but also add a dimension to when HK is fit and wants to drop deep when we are chasing.

Might be an unpopular opinion, but I would rather have Llorente coming in than no striker coming in. He still has enough good facets about his game to be useful to us and he was always friendly too.
Something is better than nothing right?

Adds a dimension but the question is whether we can offload the stop-gaps when they've served their purpose? Its proved hard so far.

I remember when Roberto Soldado was referred to a 'Fox in the Box' before he came :pochcry:
Did the flight across the channel somehow change him? I don't understand how this happened because he was the one for me (my wife will never read this). He was the one. But it never happened and science said it would ( SchmoodSpur SchmoodSpur :)). Maybe there is magic after all?

OK is being generous. He had a few nice flick-ons when we were forced to resort to panicked hoofball. As a scorer of goals he was cack. I thought he was going to be great for us but something went wrong.
Turned the AJAX game. Not by flick on's but by the fact that a "modern" team didn't know how to deal with a proper target man. Pulled the CB out of position and allowed LM to drift into space behind whether he won the first ball or not.

Probably the only masterclass in tactics that I've seen Poch do. God love him.

Still don't know if It was a tactic masterclass or just "let's give some minutes to this big fella as we are already screwed".
