and what did any of those amount to ? Sweet fuck all. Yes, the Lucas Moura moment was amazing, but in the end it resulted in a pathetic display in what was our best and only ever chance of winning the CL. Couldn’t care what you say, I have fantastic memories of beating Chelsea in the league cup final. Football and sport is all about winning, not failure every time we reach the last hurdle. This is the difference between fans of the big clubs that actually win something and fans like you. They talk about that Drogba moment, that won them the CL or that Aguero moment. You talk about moments that got us through a semi final and lost the final anyway, how exciting. No wonder we are ultimate losers.

Then why the emphasis on trophies? .... we've had plenty of "Glory" without winning .... Ajax last year about as glorious as it gets, our first league win at Anfield since 1912 probably one of the most 'glorious' days in my away fan history, guess what we won no trophies that year either ....
