Ralf Rangnick is their DOF, Mitchell is head of recruitment/analytics.

I don’t think he left because of restrictions, it’s not like RBL have a bigger budget than us. I think he left because Poch didn’t want his type of obscure value signing anymore, he wanted players with established reps like Sissoko’s, Aurier, Moura.
Hmm not sure about that chief...

Pochettino nor Mitchell wanted Sissoko and by all accounts Poch had to be talked into signing Moura. Aurier fair enough I believe he did want.

Incidentally City v Fulham on BBC1 at 13:00.

Fulham's top scorer Aleksandar Mitrovic is unavailable because of an ankle injury.

I'm very annoyed atm.

Our team is unwatchable. Frustrating. Annoying. Incomplete. Shambolic. Whatever you want to call it.

We dont need superstars.

We just need some competent players at RB, LB, DM, ST.

Get them in pleeeaaaase. I cant take anymore of this.

Think you are projecting out your own inner turmoil, my friend.

Personally, I've been pretty poorly lately and it's led to me watching the team from an emotionally detached viewpoint, I think we are shaping up rather nicely.

We are a team which Jose inherited riddled with performance and training fatigue, that needs cycling out of the pitch, either by very low intensity training, or by selling those carrying it (or a mixture there of).

Try to chill my friend, life is much more important than getting all tense over a game (which we love granted).

The BBC..
Tottenham are working on a permanent deal that would see Wales forward Gareth Bale, 30, return to the club from Real Madrid before this week's transfer deadline. (Express)

Cavani, linked with Chelsea and Manchester United, has verbally agreed to join Atletico Madrid before the end of the January transfer window. (Goal)

Cavani rejected a contract proposal worth around £10m-a-year, plus a huge signing-on bonus from Manchester United. (Mirror)

Tottenham and Aston Villa will not pursue bids for Serbia striker Aleksandar Mitrovic in the current window as neither is willing to meet Fulham's £40m valuation. The 25-year-old has an option to leave in the summer - if Fulham fail to secure promotion to the Premier League. (Star)

Southampton have held further talks with Tottenham over a deal for England Under-21 full-back Kyle Walker-Peters, 22. (Mail)

Trying to be positive....

There are alot of good players available in the 20-30m range. Which isnt alot of money for us.

So i expect some movement next week.

Well get Piatek or Jose

Just hope we can do something for a dm. If not we struggle till summer.

The only emotional turmoil i have is i used to love watching us play. Now i hate it.

I agree we are 70pc of the way there.

But the last 3 or 4 signings will make or break us
