Dont see that at all. The last side of niggly cunts to win the league was Mourinhos Chelsea of 14/15 and that felt like a last victory for that sort of team and football. The game has moved on here. Maybe still in Italy.
Spurs didn't fail to win due to a lack of nastiness, perhaps more use of dark arts would have helped, but in general its just a story of missing too many chances up front, giving up possession too easily in midfield, and letting in easy goals.
Case of interpretation, it could be seen as saying, you previously played like a bunch of stupid cunts.
Mane & Salah are responsible for some of the most consistently shit-house diving the league has seen.

Liverpool have a relentless attitude to the game. They're all good players but it makes a massive difference when your front six are switched on to such a high level, dogged in retrieving the ball, attacking crosses etc. I think what's meant by 'cunts' is as much an attitude of dominating ball-winning duels and being in complete concentration at all times
Liverpool haven't won the champions league and title because Mane dives and Robetson mistimes his tackles. Alli dives and us a bit of a cunt to boot. Dier likes to leave a foot in, Lamela can be pretty obnoxious. I just think all this dark arts stuff be it diving, sticking the boot in or more subtle fouling is just a bit past it. We dont lack players like that. Could do with another captain or 3 in the side and just a deeper squad with better players.

Well that's kind of subverting the argument somewhat, but still you can't tell me that Mane & Salah hasn't bagged plenty of match-swinging penalties over the last 2/3 years.
