No joke I’d shop there all the time. Even with buyback clauses long as the buybacks make a profit and we get a top quality player for 2 seasons no issue.
Our facilities might be world-class but I've not seen anything in the past several years to suggest that we are significantly developing players' technical skills, just their fitness. I bet Winks would benefit from a manager like Pep with an actual track record for developing young talent.

We don't need CBs who can dribble- just CBs who can make smart decisions and pass the ball efficiently. CBs that can actually dribble to any success are a complete rarity.
