It will probably be Dost, but with Bale in the squad as well that's not an issue. He would be adequate for the squad role we have in mind and he'd be cheap. With Kane, Dost, Bale and Son as our options for the striker position we are well stocked, especially if we are changing formation to a proper 352/343.

He wants a lot of money and a long contract. I think it's more that there aren't that many clubs prepared to pay for him.
Not too much in the media, but it’s common knowledge that we’ve been scouting him heavily along with most of the rest of the PL. A few of the ITKs have mentioned interest.
It makes sense if we could tempt him to come, we can then offer Milik a pre contract in January so essentially we have got a backup striker for free, apparently he was only demanding £170K a week as well which would be within our budget, the only thing is does he want to play in the EL and be a squad player or go somewhere else and be first choice, anyway being as he hasnt accepted any offers of a contract yet then maybe he could be tempted to come and join Bale at spurs?Cavani announced on Monday!

Cavani is a free transfer and like you say wants only £170k a week. It's a no brainer to me!
Im sure i read somewhere he wanted a 2 year deal at £170K a week , if we get Cavani as well as Bale then i would put money on Levy having a Stadium sponsor confirmed ?
