Definitely one problem, we probably should have brought Skipp back. Somebody who isn't scared to receive the ball and can complete a forward pass anyway.
We don't need to chuck out Levy, he's great at what he's great at. But when need to reshape the football side. No matter when it is that we move on from Mourinho we need to find a DoF and a manager that can work on the same page. Let Levy run the club and the business of it, but let someone else manage the footballing side.

What happened to him? Don't know about his opinions of football but I always found him a pleasant fellow.
