Back 4 are collectively better than what we have now: thought Gallas was always under-rated for his leadership at the time. Never got the ‘point’ of Pienaar...very meh player when he joined us as I remember.
 
Sandro, Palacios and Gomes were superb in this game. Gomes made a save from Yepes that was insane.

Thinking back to this game you realise that without fans in the stadium, it's not really football anymore. These games in empty stadiums are not the same sport.
 
Bloody hell 10 years ago!!! Never forget that night, absolutely drenched while waiting outside to get in to the stadium then going mental when crouchy scored.
