Match RZ Pellets WAC or is that Wolsberger AC, whatever they are called (A) 18/2/21

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

In the last 2.5 months we've beaten Leeds, Sheff Utd, WBA, Marine, Stoke, Brentford and Wycombe. This lot are probably worse than all those bar Marine and Wycombe so we'll win comfortably.
All very well but Brentford was made out to be some kind of undefeated Champo invincibles and “no joke” and Bielsa ball was going to wipe us off the planet.

Not really fair to play down 5-0 combined wins after the fact

I would because it’s better and more likely to win the EL than get 4th

The one hope is that a trophy with aCL football bonus is more motivating than 3pts v Burnley or Palace for this rabble
I'd rather win the the EL than get top 4, agreed. More glory and memories, and CL either way.

I feel Top 4 is a little more likely, I just can't see this squad having the stamina and bottle to get through 5 more rounds of knockouts against increasingly decent teams. No doubt it'll be Man Utd, or Ajax out for revenge, in the final. Top 4 is hard too but there's still room to drop the odd points and make it.

Bookies odds are nearly identical on Spurs getting top 4 or winning the EL. About 5-1 on either.

Quarter final knockout and 7th more likely though!

I do not want to rest all our hopes on 1 match (EL final)

There are some very decent teams in that competition and if we can't beat the likes of Burnley and Palace why would be able to beat the likes of AC Milan

Predicting the xi these days is like trying to predict the weather but here goes:

Lloris

Tanganga
Toby
Dier
Davies

Winks
Sissoko
Ndombele

Lucas
Lamela
Kane

That isn't necessarily the lineup I'd like to see, but I can imagine seeing. I just hope Hojbjerg and Son in particular get a rest. I don't think Bale will start either.
Son will start.

Did the press conference yesterday, which is one of the rules about the player the club select to do it

I hadn't thought of it like that, but you're probably right.

Have to say though, I think we're still in with a chance of top 4. It's very hard, but possible. We've played a lot more of our tough games than most of the teams around us. Granted 'around us' has changed a lot in the past couple of weeks, hence the 'very hard'. I'll abandon all hope if we lose to Spam.

we have no chance of top 4 this year if we dont beat west ham sunday

I thought at least the league cup would guarantee another season of europa league but apparently it give you the new 3rd tier of European football next season that no1 would wana participate in!

So come 7th and win league cup is a horrible idea! The europa league should be priority and top 4 a close 2nd
