Who said I was happy? The players deserve blame but it starts at the top with how they train and prepare and how they are setup.
What power does the manager have in this? he's expendable as the players are the assets.
If Harry Kane or Son dislike a manager they can force him out as they are more valuable to the club - not saying either of them would but I wouldn't put it past certain other bad apples, Pogba for example.
Players have all the power, The part that made me realize how culpable the players are for this current shitshow was Hugo's interview where he called out a lack of professionalism and passion in the squad.

It's either back Mourinho and let him oversee a rebuild or get him out in the summer and let a new manager do that. Personally dont think Mourinho is that type of manager.
Either way it's clear a lot of players need to be binned and the right type of players/characters identified and brought in. For the most part I dont agree with you that the players get defended - most on this forum constantly dig out the likes of Dier, Winks, Sissoko, Aurier etc.
Most would acknowledge there is a player issue and a manager issue at this point.

Verts is a great player but he looked beaten in some games. Didn’t help Rose never tracked back, most fans wanted Rose sold, Dembele would have 1 good game every 5-6 and was often benched.
Some of our players won’t improve much, we know what Sissoko can do. We have no idea what Berwijn, Lo Celso, Ndombele, Regulion are truly capable of, I can say it’s miles more than what is currently being shown.
Not familiar with this grammatical construct but the answer I think you are looking for is that we need a new manager like Chelsea or Rennes have. Only winning can follow.
