They are excuses, I have never seen us have such depth in the team (minus CB) and yet play such shit football. Any other manager without the name Jose or Pep would have been thrown out for this seasons performance.

You are both right.
Moyes has a clear tactical plan that he has the player believing in and it produces results no matter the "quality" of the players. That Jose has not managed to implement one is on him.
That our players have not decided to take games by the scruff of the neck and grinding out wins in spite of lack of tactics is on them. Even if the manager is underperforming you'd expect highly competitive athletes that have played the game since the day they could walk to be able to work past that.
