Manager Jose Mourinho

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Yea, the midfield complaint is weird as hell.

Who in their right mind would swap Ndombele and Hojbjerg for Fred and McTominay?

It’s called coaching. We got to a Champions League final with Sissoko and Winks as the midfield but somehow Lo Celso and Ndombele are not good enough. It’s absolutely bollocks!!!

I hate having this petty, narcistic ego maniac in charge of the club I love. No manager in world football sabotages his teams chances to win a game of football based on personal issues like he does and I'm absolutely fed up of it.

* He has watched Sanchez and Dier make an unbelievable amount of mistakes this season and still select them over Toby.

* He has seen Bale be a game changer and has banished him from the starting line up due to 1 bad game (he prioritises attacking players tracking back over actually doing something in an attacking sense)

* He has banished and ridiculed Dele all season...then brings him back to the team in which he is our best player....then banishes him again after winning the MOTM award.

Somehow we have managed to get Jose at his worst.

- no throphies (we are getting raped by City!)
- tactics in decline
- toxic as ever

Spursy is with us like some curse put on us by a barstard Woolwich fan.

In the last 20 years we've been through and tried every type of manager imaginable.

Club legends like Hoddle.
Old school British managers like Redknapp.
International managers like Santini and Ramos. Up and coming managers like Jol and Pocchetino.
Left field appointments like AVB
Serial trophy winners who win everywhere they go like Mourinho.

Now I get and fully understand the clamouring for Jose's dismissal. But how many more managers must wh churn through before the penny drops that the real issue might actually be the guy who's hiring and firing them all?
5, 10, 50?
