At 27 you should be at your peak ?

For some yes.

I think we are seeing more that peaks are occuring earlier in players careers, because of the advances in training to youth players so players are able to play earlier in their careers.

I think you would want to get a guy around 23/24 to really maximize their peak, so while 27 isn't done it is certainly getting closer to the end of their peak and at the age where injuries seem to become more common.

For most attacking players, yes, that is generally one of the peak years. It depends on position, but for a striker or AM, 25-29 is generally peak, wingers a little younger, fullbacks as well, and centrebacks are often only starting their peak at 27. Keepers might not hit peak until 30. It varies depending on minutes played in younger years and injuries, but as a rule, generally holds true.
You can definitely comment on my posts again.

Made his name at Swansea thanks to all the work Huw Jenkins and Martinez done with setting a style of play up throughout the age groups, and because he is a former Chelsea youth coach (something the majority of fans I've talked to dont want, a former Chelsea coach) he brought in Scott Sinclair

Went to Liverpool, had a brilliant front 3, Sturridge he got due to his Chelsea connections as in not coached him, but having a good name with well connected Chelsea people, and lied to Sterling multiple times to the point he requested a transfer and got one to City

Then moved to Celtic when they were still dominating, according to Celtic fans lied multiple times to Ntcham & Edoardo and is the reason for the current unrest within the squad after feeding them shit

Now he is at Leicester, a brilliantly well run club, who's scouting I would say is fantastic but let's be fair they have common sense when it comes to recruiting

Walks into a team with brilliant young players that are willing to listen to him, does well, but lack of rotation threwout the season and the fact he has fell out with Maddison is the reason they are running out of steam for the second year running

All my opinion

But thats why he's a fraud, if he comes here, we will probably pay a record fee for a manager to get him out his contract, and he will be gone within 2 years of being here
And he's shifty looking!

Leicester are 3rd over 35/36 games. They are in the FA cup final, beating a full strength Utd side on the way. They are outperforming several clubs with bigger resources just as they did last season. They were going absolutely nowhere under Puel, they were a dull mid table side. You might not like the bloke but he's done a great job there whilst playing good football and integrating youngsters.
You might not agree with me but atleast you don't talk to me like a cunt, so fair play, I think everything I stated is fact tho, as in falling out with big players

Same. People write Allegri off as being too defensive but he's just tactical and pragmatic. In games where Juve could dominate they dominated. In others they played it smart.

Tottenham are in no position to turn their noses up at his pedigree.

Sorry but that's the same trap we fell into with Mourinho. I want to enjoy watching the team, to watch us go out and attack no matter who is the opponent. Yes there has to be a balance and defence is important too but we can find that balance without being bored to tears

Really from the list of potentials on this poll Graham Potter ticks all the boxes and one thing he brings apart from his astute tactical play and attractive football is the fact he is a native English speaker which surely counts for something.

I’m all for Gallardo and Bielsa’s style of football but if you can’t talk the language forget it.
