Enough of chickens today mate

Hah it isn't down in reception at all. Perhaps she's on a wind up, but i reckon she's sent it to the sister building up the road.

I didn't answer my phone one time a while back and she was at the mall nearby. So she stood outside the wrong building for 30 mins looking up at where she thought my room was thinking i was cheating on her. Silly bint.

People think that his brand of football is too defensive and doesn't fit the Tottenham way.
Fair enough. I never got the impression Wolves were too defensive. I just saw a guy working with what he has to fit the style of his players. I understood he has tried to move to a more possession style this season and while that hasn't exactly worked out as planned, he can have legitimate excuses (injuries to key personal and fact it takes longer than a season to change style). I just feel looking at what we have available he's the one, bar Rodgers, with the PL experience to back it up. Potter/Parker are just as much as a risk if not more. Names like Rodgers/Conte are feeling a bit like a pipe dream at the min but maybe I'll be proven wrong.

He has been discussed. He'd be another Portuguese bore. No chance we'd go anywhere near him.
His first 2-3 seasons with wolves werent boring though were they. I think this narative has come from this season. He lost jota and doherty 2 of their potent attackers and then jimenez horror injury. I think he went a slight bit more negative after that.
Not saying hes the man for the job but i definitely agree hes a better option than parker or potter.

i agree about why things haven’t worked out this season but he’s still had access to a lot of players and spend. Also up until the sending off, potters team were dominanting wolves at the weekend.

Like Scotty but not for me thanks. Maybe at some point in the future, although they say never meet your heros.

It's hard separating who is a decent coach and who is a decent DOF and therefore supplied the right tools. Also those tools might fit one coach and not another. So many things have to align to equal success most are destined to fail, especially when expectations are so high... So this really isn't a single appointment but a massive shift.

it's easy to feel a little deflate at times

I know the PL is a marathon not a sprint etc etc, but Potter's Brighton were running rings around Wolves the other day until they went down to 10. Should have been 2 or 3 goals up by HT.

Parker I agree. I'd still prefer him to Southgate but that's setting the bar very low indeed.

Might as well give Ronald Mcdonald a fuckin go....🤷‍♂️
its always sunny in philadelphia mac GIF

Stop the presses, the Pathletic have an exclusive.

Spurs are going to wait until the end of the season for a new manager, imagine that!

"Steve Hitchen is drawing up a three, four, maximum of five man shortlist and then they will move on to interviews.

“I would expect the announcement in late May or early June."

The second option is workable. We have some players that could move, especially if we don’t have European football (I assume they might have bonuses tied to things like that). Also not sure Kane and son will jump ship.
Harry Kane actually said word for word "I'll stay at Tottenham as long as they're competitive"

Getting a relegation flirting coach is not competitive.

No more Portuguese managers or players, none have succeeded at Spurs. Sorry, beautiful country and people but we've had no luck over the years with Portugal
