Incredible that this Lille team could win Ligue1, it’s probably the weakest team they’ve (Lille) had for a few years, and it really is a pretty ordinary team individually.

Sure but Poch joined the season half way through and PSG were already behind when he got there.

Not a ton of time to impact the team and it isn't like he was there for the whole summer to get the team ready. You can argue that he should have still done more but it wasn't like last year they were awesome and he came in screwed it up. They had troubles before he even got there.

They also went out to Man City in the CL, which isn't really that bad.

They're the biggest for sure, but man for man and resource wise, I don't think Monaco and Marseille can feel to good about finishing behind what is a pretty mediocre (but well organised by Galtier) Lille team either.
