Not sure why everyone is panic stations. No coach was going to be announced until after the seasons concluded. Players and coaches are all on thier holidays and any announcement would likely be delayed to allow them to complete their holiday. The same is going to apply to players. They won't be annoucing transfers for players at the Euros. Its going to be a long summer.

It is logical for PSG to extend pochs deal. This means if anyone wants him, they need to pay a fee.

Right now, Conte would be the elite choice to get us back in top 4, but he is a high demanding coach and we know many of our current crop of players aren't up to it.

this delay makes sense if you want to save wages of the new manager, but other than that it feels like Levy & co have no idea of who takes over

It’s really become a complete farce at Spurs it really is. Not only are we pondering and taking a lifetime to appoint our new manager, which gives off the notion we haven’t got a fucking clue what we want, but also we are now getting player after player expressing their desire to potentially leave the club.

Kane, Aurier, Sissoko and Lloris have all come out and publically said they are open to the possibility of leaving. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll be over the moon if we manage to rid of Aurier and Sissoko, but it doesn’t look good does it? Players are openly admitting there’s issues.

Just goes to show what a clusterfuck of a squad we have. It really needs clearing urgently and the new manager in ASAP, as it’s fast becoming a complete joke of a situation. Get it sorted ffs.

Sissoko and Aurier have been told they can leave, that's all, I'm sure every possible new manager will agree.

Rats deserting a sinking a ship.

Its been said time and time again on here, the task ahead of turning the squad around should start immediately, that will be the true indicator of whether Levy is really interested.

Simple translation: Paulo Fonseca is another possible name linked with the job. He recently left Roma at the expiration of his contract. His people have contacted the club, not the other way around.

The more this drags on the more I would warm to the idea of Potter, a man that isn't a complete nut job who would see this as his big opportunity and get us playing great football.

His appointment would bring a kind of normality and stability I would welcome.
Like being battered and humiliated into submission. Stockholm Syndrome rears it's ugly head once more within our beleaguered, fan base.

Someone even said they'd now be prepared to accept Eddie Howe the other night!!!

Sweet music to Daniel Levy's ears.

Haha I know what you're saying but I haven't got Stockholm syndrome for anything and particularly not Don Levy. I just have my reservations about both Poch and Conte, not because of their managerial talent but because of the negativity constantly surrounding the club.

So, guys, which page are we gonna be on when the big annoucement gets made. Basket of fruit for the closest

I'll go 641

I knew how septic Levy is but didn't realize how bad it was until I read this,

Since his (Poch's comments on a painful rebuild) comments about the rebuild, Spurs have signed 13 players, who have made varying degrees of impact on the team, in Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso, Ryan Sessegnon, Jack Clarke, Steven Bergwijn, Gedson Fernandes, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Joe Hart, Matt Doherty, Gareth Bale, Sergio Reguilon, Carlos Vinicius and Joe Rodon.

Only 4 of the twelve were requested by the gaffers. The rest were either a compromise or just bought because Levy felt it was a good buy.

We bought a whole team if Bench warmers.

This is just guessing. Who can claim they know that? Must be pure bullshit.
