Disagree. Agree that ENIC is actively shooting itself in the foot by being short sighted, and that makes top 4 an increasingly difficult goal to achieve. But not impossible. There's too many hiccups in a season to create that level of certainty. See leicster winning the league, Liverpool dropping this season dramatically from their prior 3 years of form, etc. Even the champions only had 86 or whatever points, a historically low level points total.
The league if anything is getting MORE competitive. Big sides are dropping more points to non big sides than before.
The issue is Tottenham isn't keeping up with lower level clubs with long term vision and investment in football. We certainly are with infrastructure. But not footballing operations.

Martinez has been offered a contract by Levy according to a Belgian journo
Het Belang Van Limburg in Belgium reported last week that Tottenham have offered a deal to Martinez having asked him to become their new boss

It can't be... we were supposed to get word of the new manager really soon. If Martinez won't respond until after the Euros, then surely that means we never would have known for weeks. We were told that it would happen within 10 days... So can't be Martinez. Belgian journalist is waffling!
I mean I would give him my full backing and would be happy to be proven wrong but if he manages spurs next season or any season then I think we are going backwards as a club!
