Season 3 Smiling GIF by The Simpsons

brumspur brumspur I'm praying that it doesn't actually happen.

conte i want to win and loads of money to make tottenham great
levy fuck that
fonseca hello sir levy i will play winks and sissoko and oh my greatest achievement is making porto worse then they were before.
levy your hired

Bang on.

And the sad truth is that there really aren't many coaches in Europe who fit the brief we're looking for. Unusually so, you would think there would be more.

I would have much, much preferred ten Hag, not sure which side said no there.

I honestly don't believe that the manager profile that Levy proposed in his chairman's message was anything more than an appeal to the supporters.

Even though I had concerns with the idea, Conte made sense. I felt that it was too soon, but talking to Poch again made some amount of sense. Ten Hag seems to be able to fit the mold of being able to work on a smaller budget and work with a potentially viable youth system, so that makes sense as well. Potter plays an progressive style of football and has PL experience, so that too makes sense.

This one I just don't get, unless they strongly feel that he is a diamond in the rough. With so much riding on this appointment, I seriously question what the hell they are thinking if this goes through.

Heard new dof made the call as levy is stepping back. At last. Big call though so early in tenure. Let the football people do the football stuff and you levy sit in the counting house. I bet we get a tough start to season to test new boss when fixtures come out next wednesday at 9am. Premier league are like that.

Ranulph Fiennes, after suffering from frostbite in the fingers for days, went to his shed and simply cut them off with a hacksaw.

That is how I feel right now.

What's the point? Joke of a club. He's fucked us. Woolwich will be loving this.

If Kane was thinking about leaving, he's gone.

WHO THE FUCK IS THIS GUY? AND WHAT DOES HE HAVE ON PARATICI?

I don't know if anyone did yet. I mean, I think I would like Ten Hag more, but I can see why an Italian DoF would be more comfortable looking at a guy he's seen operating in a league he knows well, and in a league with much tougher defences.

I think the problem is that you have only maybe 5-6 guys who can play the style we want, and have a demonstrated record of success with it. After that, the guys you'd be looking at all would seem fairly risky either because of the leagues they coach in, or the level of clubs they work at. Which does not emotionally re-assure the meltiest fan base in the UK.
