According to Danish media and OneFootball, we are in for Mikkel Damsgaard(Sampdoria)
So are Barca and AC Milan says OneFootball.

Kid has been good, not sure he is a fit for the PL.

Did well against Belgium, Russia and Wales - Only 20 years old.
Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with Sampdoria’s Mikkel Damsgaard, and he’s enjoying a fine Euro 2020.

WHAT’S THE STORY?

Samp News 24 reported earlier this month that Tottenham are ‘preparing a new assault’ to sign winger Damsgaard following Fabio Paratici’s arrival.

Paratici knows all about the top talents playing in Italy, and seemingly wants to make Damsgaard one of his first Tottenham signings.

It’s even suggested that Jose Mourinho and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg both recommended Damsgaard to Tottenham before Paratici came in.
Ferrero suggested that Damsgaard may now be worth up to €50million (£43million) after a fine summer, meaning Tottenham would have to dig deep to sign him.

“I don’t know how much he’s worth right now because he is not for sale,” said Ferrero. “I am keeping a tight hold of him and we’ll help him to develop, because I want to make a healthy profit at the end of it. As far as I am concerned, he is worth somewhere between €30m and €50m. He has talent and he will go far,” he added.

we should bring Renato Sanches. And it’s very likely imo.

I maintain my idea, we should bring:
1 RB
2 CB
1 CM
1 RW
1 ST

You think Renato is the missing piece of our midfield jigsaw?

....Obviously the defense needs a revamp, but that we've still not nailed the right MF combo bothers me.

Still feels like MF3 is the way fwd; in which case if we end up playing 532 then the RW becomes less of an issue all of a sudden.

He is very good recovering the ball and run with it. Not a supreme passer but he knows how and when to pass to better and more creative players. He would be awesome to break up lines of opposition press. Also a mean long shot. Him and Hojberg would be a very energetic and aggressive double pivot

Ah OK.... You see him working in a 2 then.

Interesting..... Where does that leave Gio & Tanguy from your perspective?

I think Ndombele will go aswell, but Renato Sanchez reminds me of Sissoko

Sanches is nowhere near as bad as Sissoko, is much less ball phobic and way more technically competent and available (but then who isn't) but there is definitely something reminiscent in the way he tries to dribble, takes a bad touch but still manages to rhino his way through the dribble - he did this a couple of times for Portugal at the Euro's and pundits and punters on here were making the same noises they made when Sissoko did it at the last Euro's 5 years ago and fooled Poch/Levy (delete as preferred) into spunking 30m up the wall. They also made similar noises at that same Euros about Sanches and Bayern ended up spunking 31m up the wall on him (only getting 18m back from Lille).

I don't hate Sanches, he's learnt to calm himself down in the last 2/3 years, he's got some ability in his boots, is more press resistant than the likes of Sissoko and Winks, but even at Lille this season he wasn't always trusted to play in CM in his 1200 minutes (out of 3400 possible). His decision making can still be a bit wonky at times IMO, and without the ball he can definitely go to sleep or get bamboozled and doesn’t really do enough without the ball for a CM2 IMO.

Don't hate but not convinced.

Get rid of Aurier, Dier, Sanchez, CCV, Winks, Sissoko, Dele, Lamela, Lucas, maybe Bergwijn & Wouldn't be surprised if we get a good bid for Ndombele he goes

Should give us decent money to spend

We would be lucky to get £100m for everyone on that list. Plus, the window has been open for like a month - and now pre season is starting. We are already behind, and messing around with what we have is only going to disrupt us further. :(

Ok, now that we finally have a manager can we please start getting rid of some deadwood shit-cunts such as

- Sissoko
- Winks
- Dier
- Sanchez
- Lamela

That's 5 wage thieves earning in exces of 400k combined which is quite frankly criminal

Take a fucking loss and get rid - we need young, hungry players willing to prove a point

Sanchez is only getting attention now because of 2 or 3 games at the Euros. I just remember he was poor at Swansea, struggled at Bayern. Skipp is good enough to partner / alternate with Hojbjerg and we shouldn't do anything to obstruct his progress into the first team. Save the £ for the other, bigger holes in our squad.

He’s getting attention because he just had an outstanding season with Lille and won the French league. Not just because of the Euros. He was horrendous for Bayern and Swansea but he was just a kid back then. He’s only 23 now.

I think hes a pure tournament player. Hes been very good in last couple but can he do it week after week in a tough premier league or bundesliga. Proof says no but as you said he was young
