Should be of a similar standard to one, two, three. The DOF has vast knowledge, should have vast knowledge of players of that standard. We shouldn't repeat the mistakes of the past.
If the players aren't up to the standard we need I don't want them here. As said previously we could be stuck with average, shite players for two or three seasons. If any thing I'd rather put the youth in if we can't find anyone, they don't cost us any money.
