Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Anyone defending Levy and ENIC over this needs a head wobble

This is the end game and consequence following years of underinvestment, lies to fans, mangers and players as well property profiteering

I respect his wish to leave because he want's to win trophies
He is 28 and with city you win the trophies to be honest
I also would have wish him the best
He did enough for us
But not go to the training is a no go for me and he looses my respect

It's been a well-known fact (NOT a well-known "secret") since the end of last season that Kane wanted to leave Spurs.
We've seen in the past that ALL the Spurs stars who wanted to leave for "bigger" clubs - Klinsmann, Carrick, Barbetov, Madric, Bale - all got their will.
And I doubt Kane has not sounded out the market before making up his mind. It's not as if he's just telling Levy that he wanted to leave and then hope a club, out of nowhere, will pay up.
So better get over with it sooner rather than later - as that gives Paratici more time to use the money "reasonably".
Let Man City have him for £100m + Bernardo Silva & Nathan Ake. Then spend part of that money on Vlahovic & Luka Jovic.

Seems pretty engineered that Sky Sports were at the training ground this morning waiting there for him not to turn up. Now if I was a cynical person I would say they'd been tipped off that he wasn't going to be there...
They would have been there in any case, if Harry turned up they’d create some narrative about him not looking happy or forgetting his boots or parking in the chairman’s spot

I 100% agree that ENIC is the reason we are here.

But that doesn't absolve Kane of his responsibility and allow him to start acting like a cunt.

He's under contract, he should be at training.

Just makes him look a bigger cunt than we know Levy is.

Maybe he's stuck in traffic.
Mondays can be a nightmare.

150m. Laporte or Bernardo plus 100m. Keep Kane for the year. Not too pushed which one happens, but make it clear before the end of the week.
Laporte would be acceptable, But I'm not convinced he 'd agree to join us.

If Kane is going to be sold for the biggest fee we can get, then I hope manure enter the race. Two clubs bidding against each other always increases the transfer fee.

Trouble is I don't particularly want any of the players they may offer in part-exchange - eg Martial, Bailly, Jesse fucking Lingard....

So Grealish has turned up to train with Villa today while Kane is doing this silly shit. Very disappointing but it’s what every top player has had to do to get away from Levy. It’s what Levy’s wants. He wants to create this drama that ends with a PR statement saying how “reluctantly” we have “granted his wish to leave”.

Even if there was a gentlemans agreement it still requires a suitable offer to come in for him. The general consensus at the moment though seems to be that City are focusing on Grealish and if that gets completed they won't bid for Kane this window.
It's stupid Harry trying to force a move when there aren't even any bids for him. He's doing himself no favours at all.
It seems like he believes that he can set his transfer fee and not the club. The club obviously have a valuation for him and will rightly want as close to that as possible for a sale to be doable.

If Kane wants to set his own asking price then he has to sit out his contract and leave as a bosman.

The nice part of me says not to judge before we know all the facts; the cynical part is that I'm not even surprised! Players who do this, especially those who profess to love the Club as a fan, know what it looks like and that people will jump to conclusions. My feelings changed when the leak before the Villa game emerged. Once he's out of the door, he will be dead to me.

No one forced him to sign a 6 year deal, one that covered him if he got a career threatening injury with bumper perks. He can leave if a club pay for him, he is the England captain, he is supposed to lead by example.

I have no issue with Levy being ruthless in this despite Levy’s being partly to blame as to why our good players want to leave with mistakes made over the past few years. We have to treat them separately as the club is not a charity.

Not turning up to training is total lack of respect to fans and club
I hope he comes out to us fans and explains to us what is going on . We deserve that. Whatever happens.

But he needs to remember something. He's not in control here. He can do what he wants but we're in control and if he wants to go down that route fine but it'll end up with Henderson or someone else being England captain and him watching them on TV so ..
