He should be embarrassed that less talented players like Winks and Sissoko are being selected ahead of him purely because they train properly. All he has to do is train as hard as them. We can’t judge too much from such an early team selection. Pep’s selection is similarly strange. Too many players had a disrupted pre season. He’s selected the fittest players.
