Got to assume that player is more interested in the Premier League, but the agents see Red Bull as a much easier stepping stone that will happily flip the lad for profit to Bayern in 2 years, generating loads more agent fees

What is having the best transfer window because I have no clue. We do not have a criminal backer ploughing billions of money into us to wash or an Arab owner trying to buy respect and ignore their terrible deeds. So we are not going to be the highest spenders. Then their is Woolwich lunacy of a transfer strategy that I do not understand even though I have no clue who two of their players are. Liverpool are on their third window without really spending. Man Utd earn insane revenue which allows them to outspend everyone.
So my view on this transfer window is that it will not be the best transfer window but I cannot judge it until I see how good the players are because I have no clue who any of these players are before we were linked.
Probably doesn't help that Bayern have been very interested all summer, albeit with same problem as Spurs which is a need to shift players before signing as squad is too large, and not much cash.
In Germany all top clubs best footballers seem to end up going to Bayern, so no great shock our chances of signing Sabitzer went down when Bayern said 'come and play here'
How the fuck is this perfectly valid question racist? It’s a legitimate concern when clubs only have a limited number of non-HG squad places available.
Bissouma is from Mali and came through the Lille academy so no, he does not count as home grown. I think that means someone else will need to leave/be dropped from the squad to be able to register him, but I could be wrong.

Sabitzer to Bayern now seems to have gone through - although how much cash Leipzig will see is not yet disclosed (Bayern like most clubs are skint), so since Moriba is said to be Sabitzer's successor in Leipzig's midfield, I suspect a bid from Leipzig is now very possible.
Spurs advantage in bidding for Moriba was an offer to play some first team football, but if Lepzig bid, that advantage will likely go too.
