I’m not disagreeing with the need for us to sign a forward player, but you can’t compare us to a financially doped team. It’s like telling Lance Armstrong’s competitors they were not competitive and should’ve cycled harder.

The only teams who can compete with financially doped teams are other financially doped teams.

Ings never wanted to come here. He never wanted to be Kane’s dogsbody, same as when we tried for him 5 years ago.

Meanwhile our fans will all be sitting around on here arguing about signing players who are too old, too young, too injury prone, is an extra fiver on Traore a good bit of business for Levy.

We scored shit loads last year we just couldn't defend so no surprise that our main outlays have been to bring in a CB and a RB

Think we would have got a midfielder in but with no one thinking that a 200kpw lazy bastard was a good investment that was gonna be hard

Not an amazing window but we got rid of some deadwood and upgraded the weakest aspect of the side but not much else.
