You Couldve gotten who ever you wished. Alex Ferguson, Pep, Zidane, Conte, .....you choose, no manager would have made a difference. We didn't buy 1 great player. We haggled for 2 million quid for a right back and went on to buy one that sits on the bench even though he was more expensive. We didn't buy 1 proper midfielder. We have a striker that doesn't want to be there.
All in all, we have exactly what we had that leaf to Poch and Mourinho being sacked. Did anyone really think Nuno was going to be the Messiah and lead us to The Promises Land.

The fact that Kane chased the entire length of the field to put in a hard tackle in his own box should illustrate that his apparent laziness and lack of desire have been grossly overstated. I knew that any mistakes he made this season would be attributed to lack of interest/wanting to leave. He was very unlucky not to stop the third goal with that tackle tbf.
