But Nuno picks the team and “tactics” and coaches them! You can blame levy for all sorts but surely the managers job is to inspire , give the players passion, belief, fight, etc. He has failed to coach any of this in the team.
It doesn’t have to be a big name. It just needs to be someone who wants their team to be aggressive and dominate the game. A manager who likes his team to play football.
