If the club wants to hire a 'project manager' then they better reduce the price of season tickets quite heavily.
Season tickets are currently priced at Conte's level. Instead, we're being served with Nuno.

He was at Wolves a long time and built them up, so surely you class him as a project manager ? It hasn’t worked. What we need is a no nonsense serial trophy winner who actually plays good football and is currently a very successful manager, unlike Jose who is and was a has been when we appointed him. Conte is the only appointment that will get the fans back on board.

I'm not sure why Potter would quit Brighton to sign for Spurs, it's a bit of a lateral move. The big boys all understand the Levy factor & are gun-shy .. no-one is in a rush to come work for him.
