If we get Conte and Kane still performs like an absolute cunt (not that Conte will allow that) he's as good as a Woolwich player in my eyes.

And even last year, the supposedly washed up Eriksen ended up somewhat rehabilitated under Conte. Often using him and Barella as 8's in the 352. There are also some similarities with Brozovic and Hojbjerg, neither are exactly zippy fuckers (although Brozovic is the better footballer).

There might actually be a silver lining if Conte uses his 352, we might actually get to see something like:

It’s seemed so obvious that with our personal, we should have been playing a 3-5-2. Royal and Reg are both better up front than defending, and Tanganga would probably work well in a 3CB line (or Romero/Dier/Sanchez).

But the big thing is the midfield. Skipp and Hojberg are good defenders, but neither is much for progressing the ball or getting forward, which meant we we’re wasting Kane and Son’s talents because we couldn’t do much besides boot long balls and pray.

Hopefully ,conte goes to the 3-5-2 (or like a 3-4-2-1), but even if he keeps the 4 man back line, we should see more organization, purpose, and start seeing actual runs again in the attacking third.
 
SKY already getting ready for the fact it may happen, by showing all of the defeats he had when at Chelski. He hasn't even been announced and they are sticking the knife in.. They must have a Gooner editor on Sky news.
 
I'm reserving my judgment about Conte.

All I want to see as a paying spectator of a football game is some sort of plan to win the game. I think Conte can deliver this.

Everything else doesn't matter to me anymore. Just cba with it anymore. Total circus of a club, and all of it down to the board having other priorities.

Conte is not any of those. If the club don’t improve we have a deep issue with the club that even he cannot solve all relating to a Mr Daniel Levy.

You could say Conte is a chequebook manager whose success has a massive element of funding to it.

And Levy don't do funding.
