I think it's gonna be 352 as opposed to 343 for a few reasons:

The biggest reason is we have a ready-made '2' up top in Son and Kane. They are our best players and the only real goals we have in the current squad.

A secondary reason is that we don't have, in my opinion, any 2 man centre-midfield partnership that is strong enough, but we do have midfielders that can do bits and pieces and with 3 of them in there, Conte can probably make something work.

The last reason is that we don't really have any wide-forward talent outside of Son to justify a 3 pronged attack. Moura and Bergwijn just aren't that good and they do not score anywhere near enough goals. I think Conte would sooner use them at right wing-back than as a forward. As for Gil, he is potential but nothing more and he certainly doesn't have enough about him (yet) for Conte to tweek tactics to fit him in.

My prediction is that rather than a 3rd forward in a 343, we'll have a 3rd centre-midfielder in a 352 and Conte will use this player to get extra goals and creativity. So it'd be Ndombele I think.

Kessie would be an amazing signing. As would Barella but I don't think that will happen.

We need another striker and Vlahovic is young and projects well.

These are all very good signing for Conte and Spurs in general.

Barella would be awesome but I highly doubt that Inter would sell, although I thought there was no chance we would get Conte so who knows.

Vlahovic makes a lot of sense for him and us, not sure there is a bigger team that makes more sense for him to go to and we clearly need another guy up front.

Most other links are exciting as well. I still think we need the deep lying playmaker and I am not sure that Kessie is that guy.

Kessie is a good signing. Was tremendous last year, but has fallen a bit this year, and is not as important as previously thought to Milan, especially because Sandro Tonali has stepped up massively.

As I explained before, there is just no chance Barella comes here, he loves Inter, Inter loves him, and if Inter were to sell him, their fans would burn San Siro to the ground.

Vlahovic is more than gettable because of his contract situation, and I'm pretty sure Conte will go all in for him.

Of the 3 Inter CB, the one that is the most gettable is De Vrij. Skriniar is a bit more loyal to Inter than De Vrij (although he could still be persuaded to join), and Bastoni is the same case as Barella.

I've also read that we're interested in Brozovic. If that's the case, then I'd be completely fine with Hojbjerg leaving, as much as I love Hojbjerg. I trust Conte's decision way more than anyone else in the club, bar Paratici, and he will always be on the same side as Conte. However, I do believe Conte will like Hojbjerg to the degree that he will not need Brozovic.

Romagnoli is a weird one, 2 years ago AC Milan fans adored him, he became captain (still is), but since Kjaer and Tomori came, his form has fallen off a cliff, and Milan fans wouldn't care less if he were to leave. I guess Conte sees something in him and thinks that he can bring back the Romagnoli of 2 years ago, who was a leader at a relatively young age and was one of the best CB in Italy.

Bastoni, Barella, and Vlahovic are the three three that would be put us an an entirely different level. And probably the most unlikely for that reason.

Root for Inter to miss UCL.

I'm extremely curious to see what Conté can get out of Lo Celso.

I'm fairly confident ndombele will either spark the world alight, or never see the pitch again, lol.

Lo Celso remains a mystery

Lo Celso seems like a better fit because of his pressing ability but supposedly Inter wanted Ndombele in the past. It is hard to see Conte happy with Ndombele standing around.
