Horse shit regarding sweeteners.

We’ve had a debate before, I’m sure?

So in a friendly retort, your thyroid health is seriously at risk if you take Sucralose, simply duck duck go it “Sucralose Thyroid”.

The compound is not found in nature, so it was postulated we do not metabolise it and it hence has zero calories, crudely.

However informal studies have shown in a high number no trace of the compound was found after 7days (when study ended, if still inside after 7days there’s bigger problems than Sucralose!!!).

Now, if the compound is metabolised, as a pharmacist, do you understand the implications to thyroid health? You should.

Personally, when my daughter was offered Sucralose post blooods, due to a lame Oz study, I informed the entire team of this dynamic and the response from her consultant, registrars, nurses (who were stupidly trying to strong arm me into accepting an adjunct by pressure), was literally jaws dropped.

Further, pertinent to this discussion, as she was extreme premature, my response was “I’d rather you gave her sugar” then corrected myself that I would still reject that. “We’ll clearly you do your research and we respect your choice, Consultant meekly said.

Anyway, most find that differing sugars, honey, date syrup, coconut, do not cause the same spikes and/or crashes, and are OK for many.

But, giving your pancreas some time off from any strenuous work, and re-invigorating the Liver may be the promised land.

Just bouncing off you dude. Seem to recall a decent to and fro’ before, you’re cool.
What about stevia-based sweeteners?

Theres no way city only offered 75m after paying 100m to aston fookin villa. Thats high level levy propaganda that.

It doesnt take much foreshadowing to think that Kane would become half the player considering his mind was completely gone in the summer. We as a club were dead and buried in the summer and no one living in reality thought this season would turn out well or that we’d be competing for top 4.

City offered £75m + a player at the start of the window, we refused to negotiate then they offered £125m including add-ons in the last week when it was too late.

Grealish had a release clause of £100m in his contract hence why they offered that much.

Not sure that's the case. All the reading I did, and what Pepe said was Spurs flatly refused to negotiate. They weren't going to have their top player robbed. So the figures are pure fantasy. Apologies if I missed some official statements – entirely possible.

Grealish is also a very different proposition, he's younger which means less risk, also possible resale value. Villa were in a very different position to us, we were (are), trying to break the top four, selling our best player doesn't send the right signal through the club and to sponsors.

Villa knew he would want to go to a bigger club, he had served them well, he wanted Villa to get a decent wedge hence the £100m release clause. They all acted very well and considered each others circumstances. So different from what happened with us.

Better, but I don't like them.

Good quality honey, about the best (as a general). Molasses has the richest mineral content, but many can't tolerate it.

For coffee, when I have a decaff, I'm having just coconut milk (blue label, rude health organic) and find the natural sweeteness in that means I don't miss sugar (but have maybe 1/4 teaspoon if low energy.

All depends on soo many factors in truth, just gauging your own bodies response is best, if you have something like coconut based sweetener for a week/month, did you feel better all else equal...

Any links for that as I understood that no offer was ever made and Levy just wouldn’t pick up the phone

We'd rather you went back to SC, to be honest.

And they'd then rather I went back to GG...

sad the oc GIF

Decaff coffee is not good for you, try Barley Cup or a roasted chicory drink. You will not miss the decaff

Also in Lidl I found a fantastic oat milk, Beleaf, just oats and water but it has a nice naturally mild sweet taste

My mate Tony Conte is happy with my choices :contekiss::contethumb:

This in a chapter of a book, which should be taught on every medical doctorate IMO:

The information a person can learn, in 20minutes is astounding, but nobody (largely) wants to see it.

The empire put trade ships around the world, trading local goods for white mans foods, white bread and sugar, showing these backwards people how rich their lives may be if they introduce bread and cakes….

People think it’s mild, but it’s profound, when you go processed sugar free for a period, clarity and some wellbeing most forget can be attained still (even post these formative issues and later life challenges), is incredible (but I bounce between states).

Anyway, thanks for stimulating some info
one or two may be into.

SCROLL on by anyone else!
No one wants to read your blog on coffee enemas or whatever the fuck it is.

Pretty sure this counts counts as advertising which is bannable.

LOL, I'm no drinker of it. But have fads, like a rich caffeinated but it knocks my adrenals about.

Was just relaying a sweetness work around. Generally I'm pretty much water, kombucha (with kids at meal few times a week), water based kefir.

Coconut milk on Granola sometimes, hence I have it to hand and like coffee with it. Not into oat milk.

Grow up. There's a few of us who think about these things.

There is zero commercial content on my website, it is there in part to stop dead nonsense responses (about 4 intellectual levels above yours) that my ideas are without merit. But mainly to form a path to well being for my children when they are older and my influence directly wanes.

Then could you just try 'informing' your children, and not us.

Yours,
Everyone

Drone. Biological dietary adjustment is not medicine or alt medicine, it's providing your body the food it craves and letting it do it's thing.

Not interested in anyone going to my site, it's a place holder for docs, chiefly. Few thoughts of mine but mostly peer reviewed shit. Zero selling going on, or any monetary action (adverts, cookies, nothing).
