Talented but physically listless, full of himself and not near good enough to be a difference-maker for us in any position really. I think he's a way off proving he can be a consistent PL player, not mind a team striving to compete near the top of it.

I think Conte said that Rodon is the back up to Dier in the middle of the back 3, but Dier is very hard to leave out right now.
